Itinerary

October 3, 2019, Thursday

Optional travel day to Wewoka, OK

Lunch at Hen House in Okemah.
613 West Broadway Street.  (918-623-2501) 

Check in at the Best Western Plus  at 201 Commerce Drive, Wewoka.

1:30 pm – 3:00 pm Tour the Seminole Nation Museum in Wewoka. $2.00 at the door.

Dinner on your own.

October 4, 2019, Friday

Depart Best Western at 9:00 am to travel to Wes Watkins Technology Center for tour, wellness seminar, and catered bar-b-que lunch. Cost for lunch is $20/person, Collected with your registration.

1:00 pm depart Wes Watkins Technology Center to start poker run.
Pick up first card and instructions in Hotel lobby. approx. 1:30 pm. (See Map and game sheet)

3 pm – 4 pm Come and go reception at First United Bank in Wewoka Complimentary hor d’ouerves and punch.

Dinner on your own.

Saturday, October 5, 2019

Depart from Best Western at 9:00 for Holdenville. Line up for parade.

11-1:00 Lunch, Tour Exhibits, Holdenville Historical Building,

1-2:30 Tour Dean Goforth’s Autos.

2:30 Presentation of Awards (Holdenville Chamber)

3:30 Return to hotel

6 pm Dinner at Rudy Allen’s Steakhouse (next to hotel). Cost per person
Is $21 to be collected with registration by 9/18/19

8 pm Assemble in Hotel Meeting Room for door prizes, poker run winner and wrap up.
